Terms of Sale

1. Scope

These terms apply to every use of the shop and every purchase made on it.

2. Orders

A contract is formed when you complete your order and we send the order confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price is shown in error, or for other unavoidable reasons. Any amount paid is then refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices include Japanese consumption tax. Shipping is free during our launch; any change will be announced on the shop in advance.

Payment is by credit card, charged when the order is placed.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Japan only, normally shipping within 2 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery may be delayed by weather, traffic or carrier issues.

5. Returns and exchanges

Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be accepted.

Defective or incorrect items are exchanged or refunded at our cost. For other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

6. Prohibited use

Orders with false information, bulk buying for resale, disrupting the service, or any unlawful use are not allowed.

7. Liability

Colours may look different depending on your screen.

Except in case of intent or gross negligence on our part, our liability is limited to the price of the item concerned.

8. Personal data

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Updated terms apply from the time they are posted on the shop.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
