Underwear World ("we") handles the personal data of customers of "Underwear World" in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, as described below.
1. Data we collect
Name, address, phone number, email, order details, messages you send us, and browsing data (cookies). Card details are collected directly by our payment provider; we never store them.
2. How we use it
To ship and charge orders, answer orders and enquiries, send launch news and updates (only if you sign up), prevent fraud and improve the shop.
3. Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
4. Service providers
We entrust data to carriers, our payment provider, email and hosting providers, only as needed for the purposes above, and supervise them.
5. Transfers outside Japan
Our hosting and payment services include providers based in the United States and elsewhere, so data may be stored or processed outside Japan.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) and access controls to protect your data.
7. Cookies
Cookies keep your cart and language choice, help us measure traffic, and measure our ads (tags from ad partners such as Whop). You can disable them in your browser, though some features may stop working.

9. Changes
We may update this policy. Updates apply from the time they are posted on the shop.
